It was
different this year. I
had a better idea of what I would face in Rwanda, Burundi, and the
Congo. Last year
the preconceptions were minimalist.
This year I knew the faces, the names
and the places and the expectations of my hosts, and they were fresh in
my mind. Before it
had been a fourteen year gap between visits. |
